Wensley Roofing has appointed Northern Bear Safety Ltd as Health & Safety Adviser.

Wensley Roofing also aims to ensure that all employees achieve their full potential whilst working in a safe environment.

We also place a great emphasis on skills training of our employees. Training and development plans for every member of staff are created on an annual basis. The training we provide our employees includes roofing skills as well as in other areas not specific to construction such as information technology and first aid.

Our achievements in these areas have been recognised as in March 2000 we received and Investor in People award. Wensley Roofing was the first slating/tiling company in the North of England to gain the award.
